I have yet to claim my listing, so it goes to my company name partially. So instead of it being my name electric company llc it just says my name electric. Do I leave it alone and do nothing for now? Claim it and hope it holds? Or if I claim it and try and correct it with the right FULL INFO it will fall off, which is my biggest worry.

I have been working on my citations which have been all over the place getting them all lined the same way and have no real reviews.

Don't worry about a single review, 5 star or otherwise.

Claim your listing, claim ALL your listings (all the local citations, etc...) there's a "Big Picture" here and that one review isn't going to affect much one way or the other. Make certain your NAP is precisely consistent on all of the tier 1 citations.

As Zombie queen said above, NAP consistency is very important for local SEO success. I'm sure if you call Yelp and explain they may be able to transfer the review.

Claim them all OP - you wouldn't want to miss out on opportunities like that all too often!
