Have a few good articles, what are the best ways to use them?

I have a numbers of 400~500 words articles with decent contents, 100% unique too.

I know there are a lot of experts here, so can someone please teach me what are the best ways to use them so I can get the maximum benefits (traffic) out of these articles?

I post them to my blog, submit them to Ezine articles, submit them to Delicious, Reddit, StumbleUpon and etc. What else I should do?

I am wondering, will using service like AMR (Article Marketing Robot) help or hurt my blog? SEO wise?

I think you can post articles to ezine and them give them full link power with AMR

When you have already posted them on your blog and ezine, then they aren't unique anymore. You may post to few more sites if required.
