Have a fan page with 20,000 fans - need ideas

OK, so, at my dayjob, our company does events, etc and we have 20,000 fans that know and love our band (not gonna say who but thats what it is, not a spammy page).

Facebook is a big source of traffic for our existing multi-million dollar event business (to get people to events) but we wanna find more ways to optimize and use facebook (updates, events, etc).

other thing, how can i send an event invite to all 20,000 fans for one our upcoming events?
