Have a couple questions with a youtube method

So i am going to be driving traffic from youtube telling them to submit their email for something. What is the best way to get a good CTR with this? And should i do a double meta refresh to blank the referrer or would it be better to do a redirect on a domain that i have the same CPA offer on so it looks legit? I have never done CPA offers before so any help would be great. And does Clixgalore have just an email submit offer because i cant seem to find one.

Doesnt anybody have any advice?
