Kind of funny as there is a pending SL thread where the buyer did not stop the recurring PP payments for a service offered here.
Buyers need to do the proper thing.
I'll ask a staff member that handles payments to have a look but the actual onus is on the buyer.

When I worked in Amazon before, I had heard of stories when people call up asking for their prime subscription refund for the last 3-4 years and their last time "logged in" was also 3-4 years ago
Their justification for refund was "I didn't know I was subscribing to an annual subscription" or "I forget to cancel"
