I was looking for reviews on this particular product and i ended up on another blackhat forum and someone started a thread about this products site saying it has been taken over by the fbi, so i went to the site and it's true it says something about fraud and my ip address has been logged or something... Is this real, or are the site owners having a joke?

The forum thread you're referring to was created in 2012, by a user who has been banned. A smart explanation was made by another forum member just below the OP.

And then the apparent FBI-seized site without the /fbi-fraud/ extended url opens a live site. It's all a joke mate. Moreover, I think you are doing click-baiting. I'm waiting on W130SN to tell us if you are the same user who posted the site on the blackhat forum, or are affiliated in anyway to the blackhat forum or the main site.

You think i'm doing click-baiting? based on what? is it outside the realm of possibilities that I'm just asking a genuine question because i'd like to know more about the product?

Nope, it's not. And that's why I answered your question first, before stating my theory. It's BHW, we're not paranoid, but enough has gone around here for us to be skeptic about everything.

All the best mate in your project.

Anyone know how this tool works? Does it just iframe the website? I don't understand how it does though because when you visit the site you are 'trust jacking' it shows the actual url in the address bar..so how can it be an iframe? also, is it even legal? is it in any way fraud?
