Has my IP been banned from BHW?

I am unable to access BHW from my usual IP address at the moment and, while this has happened before, it has never lasted more than a day. Does anyone know how to resolve this? I spend so much time on here and am missing it very much. I can PM a moderator my IP or something if needed.

Also if this is the wrong section please let me know and I'll change that.

I had this happen on another forum. After I used a proxy and PM'd a Moderator the problem was worked out.
