I bought ******************** a few days back and since them I am not able to use ******************** at all. Always keeps giving weird errors. I thought to reinstall the application and when I tried to contact the support team, I discovered the site has been taken down and the product isn't for sale anymore.

I don't know whom to contact now and I am feeling like I've been scammed. I want my money back. Can anybody please direct me the right way to go?

I'm talking about F*A*C*E W*I*Z*A*R*D here.

the seller of this product has been sued by facebook
thats why product is not for sale anymore
sometimes it will work and sometimes it might not
dont expect any update for this product
however you can go for refund
and I highly suggest to get the refund as you have bought it recently

I want to ask for a refund but the problem here is whom to ask? FACE * WIZARD is down and I guess spud, the maker of this software has also disappeared from this forum. Is there anyone on this forum who can address my concern.

That is why before you buy stuff or bot or softwares always ask the vendor for any support after sales. Ask questions, and lots of them. If they are very patient in you that means they are very sincere in selling their systems. If not then they are just bunch of Sell and run guys.

Thing is you already bought it. Only solution wait for them to re appear and ask for some refund of fix....

You expect a refund? This is like buying weed or something - if you get ripped off, you can't exactly go to the cops to complain. What's your plan to try to get a refund, other than spud simply being very cool about it?

Yeah if he is still selling it after it being shut down he probably doesn't intend on paying you back.

I don't see any federal or local lawsuits filed with Facebook or ******************** but I may not be finding it on PACER

What FB could happen is that whoever bought FW, they could join in on a lawsuit against FW saying that they were duped or scammed or whatever
It builds up FB case a bit more, there's several instances of people selling cracked software where big companies filed lawsuits against the individuals then got whoever bought it to join in against those individuals to say they were duped, or lied to, or whatever
Drastically helped the verdict and win a ridiculous multi-million dollar lawsuit

even though the word is censored it still shows up at the top of google if you search the word f.a.c.e.b.o.o.k.w.i.z.a.r.d :)
