    Hi!

Has anyone from India been able to purchase anything online using HDFC Bank's Netsafe VCC over the last 2 days (through Paypal)?

I'm asking because I wanted to purchase a WSO WP Premium Theme (costing $27) on WF yesterday, and created a Netsafe VCC (from my HDFC bank a/c) with more than sufficient equivalent INR funds on the HDFC Netsafe VCC. But Paypal didn't allowed the transaction to go ahead. This is the first time my Netsafe VCC transaction was denied by Paypal in last 3 years or more...

I must have that theme urgently, and I do not have any other means (CC, etc) to purchase it other than using my HDFC Netsafe VCC, which unfortunately got denied yesterday and today.

So, is your Netsafe card working in similar cases over the last 2 days?

What other way is available for me to purchase that theme? This is really a very urgent need, so please reply if you know of another way.

I thought of buying a VCC from a member here and trying again, but I am afraid that even that would fail the same way as my HDFC Netsafe VCC failed. For the first time it has happened to me, hence I wish to know if any Indian member here has a similar experience over the last week or so...

    Thanks, guys!

HDFC VCC works great with paypal too..
You can even create Rs.1 HDFC VCC and use it for little verification processes.
But it's always good if you create a VCC of atleast $1.5 [Rs.90] for verification to be on safer side.
