    just ran into sfm-offshore
they seem a bit better, cause they setup an offshore company + the offshore bank.
anyone used any of these 2 sites?

If your goal is to evade taxes, don't do it. You're playing rich people games, except that when they get caught they pay a fine. When you get caught, you go to jail.

I have not used these services, but I would not recommend them. What do you need an offshore ba for if I may inquire?

We can maybe put you in touch with banks over here in Gibraltar. Drop me a line via PM or via the contact form: http://easy.office.gi/contact.asp

We don't do company formation or bank accounts but we know people who can and won't rip you off.

PS: No personal gain from this, just for your benefit as we have had a lot of success getting our own opened.

Why don't you just go with regular VBA? Easier and safer, unless you really are proceedings with large amount of money that makes you so desperate for a tax evasion route

Offshore accounts by themselves are not the devil - this is something that a lot of people based on the USA think since they can be prosecuted from that... but for most of the other countries having offshore accs/co's and earning income with them (that hasn't been generated in your country) is 100% legal. The thing is, as quietlearner says, it's a rich people game, so you will probably need to set it up with a professional... not over the net on some site that does it for $600.

you get what you pay for. do you want to handle deposits for others and that way consider yourself an offshore banker? If so, contact someone who is reputable and knows what they are doing. It is not a cheap proposition to do it correctly. Additionally, now rather than having to know the laws in your country, you must know the banking laws in the host country as well. There are several offshore locales that are very friendly to offshore banking. Remember that Internet banking is the host country of origin. A lot of people run into trouble with this one.

can you open accounts for people with difficult KYC? i own multiple citizenships, do not live in any of the countries of citizenship and haven't had a permanent address in 12 years. i can fly to gi by myself. also--- do you allow non-eu TINs?
