Has anyone tried this model for making money?

    Hey everyone, I've come up with an idea and so far I have made a bit of money. I think it is scalable and just wondering if anyone else has tried it, if so any tips?

    First I got a reseller account from hostgator, started off with the $25/month account. Secondly I got a nulled shopperpress and I made a store. I sold that store on ebay for $150 and I will charge $10 per month for the hosting. I also emailed a girl that has a small business, her website was pretty bad so I said I will make you a new one for $150 and host it for $20 per month because she was paying $60/month.

    I want to scale this into making heaps of shopperpress websites with Amazon, sell them for $50 - $100 each and sell the hosting for $10 per month.

    I think I can make some money off this because there are tones of buyers out there that are willing to pay good money for a website. A mate of mine works at a high-end restaurant and they paid $20 000 for their website that could have been done for $500 easy.

    let me know what you think and some tips on this method.

    $20,000? Wow, they were took for a ride. I mean was this in 2005?

    It wasn't my mate, it was the lady he works for...

    I don't know when it was, could have been in 1995 for all I know.

    there are still companies paying 10-20k for websites. especially if specific development is required, or can upsell it well.

    I think I would pay the $79 for a REAL version of shopperpress. If I bought a site with an illegal version of a theme, I would be pissed.
