    Hey guys,

I need some quick cash injection before christmas, and I have a really nice product that I can create and sell. It's my own work, and it's 100% legitimate and has very good information. The reason to doubt is that I see plenty of other WSOs recently that popup, and I guess plenty of these do not generate any income whatsoever, especially if the author is new to this.

    Has anyone done this recently?

How do you find affiliates, and what are some general good practices?

P.S. Inb4 I'm not going to scam anyone, I won't ever risk my reputation in exchange for some extra $$. Just trying to get some info, as creating such project will take me a few days of my time.

If you are not in their network of scammers that give each other positive reviews/bumps and reputation I think its pretty much worthless to start a thread there because yours will be buried by the others...

Unless your name is known there senior members with nothing better to do will leave negative comments without even purchasing it

I did & it didn't go well. It was some decent info with a good action plan. If you are just giving some report, it will get leaked within a couple of days from "reviewers". Try to make some membership or subscription based WSO or may be a software/plugin.

I doubt wso's would help you in any way, most of them are given away for free anyway. Try clickbank or this forum itself.

I would definitely try Clickbank if you are looking for affiliates. If you want to attract more affiliates to your product, be sure to include the following:
    • A quality product (you said you already have this)
    • A decent commission (50-75% seems about average on Clickbank)
    • An affiliate tools page (this helps affiliates promote your product faster, but requires you to initially do more work)
    • A form of communication between you and your affiliate (CB also has a customer support ticket system)
    • A quality landing page and thank you page (make sure it's built to convert and not just hastily thrown together)
    • A domain and a private email (customers may want to contact you via email, so a private email will make you look more professional)

Additionally, be sure to review the vendor's checklist on Clickbank.

its tough to get affiliates to promote your product.

Try Launching it in all possible way. i.e. in all forums, CB, jvzoo, shareasale, paydotcom etc etc.. may it can all drive you some sales..

I once wiped my arse, scanned it, uploaded it to the Warrior Forum and sold it for $9.47 a go.

OP, it is a week before Christmas and it sounds like you haven't even created the product, so I would start work now and maybe you will earn a few $$$ by Xmas 2015.

    Spawnie is ABSOLUTELY CORRECT!

I have created and released three WSO and each one only sold about 10-20 items. Very slow to get it going.

They are all networked together and send links out in their email lists as soon as their WSO starts and also blow up each others threads just like Spawnie said.

Unless you're in the network or you have deep pockets, don't even bother

You would need a partner that can bring on the affiliates. To attract sales the affiliates will want the price to be low and also to attract the affiliates the commission for them should be high. So the affiliates get the most money per sale and then you have to work up a split with your partner (probably 50-50). Next thing you know you're getting 15-20% for your own product. But if they can drive volume all those little $1-7 payments can add up.

Obviously the best thing to do is to work with a full sales funnel (OTO's, upsells, downsells and so on) and the real trick to it all is to be the one who ends up with the buyers list.

It's possible but it's a hassle and expect a high refund rate as well.

If you have a good product and decide to do something with Clickbank, let me know. I have been promoting products on CB for years and have done well with the right product. Thanks

Thanks a lot. Actually, it's a video course, and it isn't a very long one, so it can be done within few days.

A lot of very useful tips!

I'm launching soon, working with a guy who has a big network of JVs and affiliates. I recommend going to the WF section where people look for reviewers, so that those "trusted" product launchers will review yours positively.
