No I don't care about that mostly. (when talking about flippa). Because 99.9% (from my experience) websites there are garbage or fake earnings :D
I just bought a few of them, purely based on the content amount (words published). For example, one website claimed to earn 500$ per month but it earned only 150$. But it had 100k words of nice content and the website price was cheaper than the content itself sooo.. i bought it :D Also nice aged domain name. + the previous owner had done some work on forums, I'm still receiving forum traffic every day.

I have, but to be honest some are legit and some are fake. Some people post earnings from different websites and claim it as their own. I am in the business of websites so I take a look at this often, I saw this guy who was claiming $1500/month on his website which he was selling. Just going through the first page he had a number and default email such as 123-456-7899, I mean you really have to do your research.

Hit or miss for sure. Lots of sellers have decent sites. Flippa gets a lot of attention and can be a great place to get rid of an asset.
However, here is an interesting tale I literally just experience.
About a month ago May 2019 I purchased a site off Flippa from a seller that had an outsourced marketer.
Apparently, that is the thing these days, fake marketers so you don't have to do anything.

I purchased an SEO reselling business with solid sales.
However, the marketer happened to be the reseller as well.
He provided me with a "client" for guaranteed sales.
    Sales came in.
    From Nigeria.
Suddenly I couldn't pay the supplier of the SEO services with US$ had to be in Bitcoin.
Suddenly more money was coming in that I had to transfer through Bitcoin.
Suddenly I realized I'm now a conduit to money laundering.

What does Flippa do about this when I reach out?

    Nothing. Go figure.

I did. Bought a site for 6k. makes about $450 steady for 6 months. I'm happy. Haven't invested a ton in to it. Was more of just a tax play. Saved 2k on taxes by buying a website and adding to my LLC. 6k became 4k after the tax savings. I only buy sites with good organic traffic. The site I bought was established in 2000. Same owner. Spent hours and hours and hours and hours finding it. Like probably 50 hours before I pulled the trigger on this one. They are out there, but you have to put in the time to find them and know what questions to ask.

I've sold $50,000 worth of websites on Flippa in the last 7 years but as of recently, it's quite bad there. I don't even bother adding a site to sell on the site. There's a lot better services out there which enable you to sell sites so I stick to those.

Can we sell apps there ? I have an app with in-app purchase, thousands of subscribers paying monthly, makes around $2.32K usd per month. Can I sell it ?

    @MicroLeaf

Can you give examples where we can sell ?
