Not someone using it for marketing or resell, etc? I sold our Christian Daily Inspiration for a really good amount, now I am wondering if there is a market for this?

Any thoughts or success stories would be great to hear and get feedback.

i harnt sold but i see many searching for special niches in IG and willing to pay good money.

I've heard tell of selling localized accounts for good money. Build an account in any niche to 10k+, by targeting a specific geo, and then find a local biz in that niche that has a struggling/no account and sell to them for quite a bit. Possibly get more SEO work as well from them if you're good with cross selling

I sold mine on ebay before. Got a really good price for it.

There are a lot specialized IG's that are pretty epic. The engagement is awesome. like, 600 likes and comments on nearly every posts. It took a friend of mine to build his account up for a year, and he's like I treat it like my job. It'd be interesting to see what the market algorithm would consist of. The accounts that I see now, seem just too commercialized. So of course, top/bottom dollar ends up the person needing to sell in mass bulk in order to get something worthwhile in them.

Then, the person who would be selling them. How would they come to pass in this? The cut they would take. For every like, or friend, etc. What would transpire on this?

What would you guys think?

I sold a localized account with 31k followers. Built this acc up manually with posting every 2-3 days a photo about one big city.
A online tourism company asked me directly in ig, if i'm interested in selling my acc to them. They made a good price and yeah.
They use the acc for promoting city events and to grab some ig users to their website.

Ironically, most IG accounts are for visual effects as there are a lot of people but it's still not that caught up in the wind. My friend would post 10-20 posts a day, and it uplifted her audience which was cool to watch the progress. I mean they start with just a shell & slowly build a life. I wonder if they will be more candid than Facebook pages ever will be. I doubt it, but the traffic is targeted and good. Anything is possible.
