Has anyone had their start to install rate massively decreased?

So I have been using a PPI network for more than a year now and my income from it is now about the same as when I started with it or less. This isn't because the PPI rate decreased but because of another reason. I used CopyTables to export the data to a google sheets document to analyze it and I noticed there were 2 periods were the rate massively decreased. I've attached a graph that you can take a look at and analyze yourself.
The most notable moments are in the 7th month of 2023 and the 3rd month of 2024.
A "start" would be when a person click on the button, an "install" is when someone installs the program.

I've already contacted the Ad Network and they said they were looking into it.

Hoping that they respond with what caused this and fix this issue within a week. They've had the best support of any company I have worked with ever.
 
Ok so this is interesting. I talked to the manager I have and they said this drop only happened with me and not their entire network. It is apparently specific to me that it randomly dropped one day in march. Even when I made 0 changes that day. I did not try any other network either.

I did add website after 2 months to compensate for the but since that was added 2 months after the drop we can identify that is not issue.

So here's the plan. I am gonna be using CPINAP for two weeks to see if the STI/conversion rate is higher. If the first week goes better than expected we disable the popups from my other ad network. I then will report back to this ad network and see their response.

I'll probably make a new post then comparing the 2 ad network conversion rates and payouts.
 
Im aborting that idea, im sticking with the current network but im looking on things that I can change on my website.
 
I am looking for genuine direct publishers to give me installs from US, CA, AU only. I need about 500 installs for my Software

you should test different networks, since it could be the network issue. I usually run a few codes to understand which network is better. The funny part that it can change within like one months due to offer change, tech issue or etc. So it is a great idea to always test and monitor other services. Only this way you can be sure that you won't lose any potential income.
