no, but I did have someone call my business line saying they are from the BBB and they are trying to resolve a complaint against me. The thing is, my business is not listed on BBB so I just hung up.

The BBB does send out emails to companies that are not members, however what you are stating sounds like a fake one. Can you forward me this email? I will send it to them as my business partner sits on their board and will be meeting with some of the higher ups tomorrow afternoon. I'd appreciate it if you could forward this to me so I can make sure they are aware of it.

Thats the feeling im getting, but all the links in the email looks legit... if its a phishing job then they did a class A job!

I did not open/download the zip file tho.... I dont want to have to format my whole computer again. BBB doesn't hold any power, it's a nonprofit company and just "rates" business on their "trustworthiness" so consumers can know if you're a "good" company to deal with. If you're not from the States or Canada then you have absolutely no worry.

Iv had the same BS emails. I have no idea what they try to gain from them. It's like the dudes from Nigeria that want to give you "$10,000,000 USD" and all you have to do is send them you full name, work, address, social security number, bank account number, your wifes name, and a picture of your dick.... Who the F*** would fall for that!?

    It absolutely baffles me! :)

Thats good to know, and the email they sent was for a domain I have not used since 2010 ... so im not really sure why a customer would complain nearly 3 years down the road xD
