Has anyone gotten First page of Google with high competition by just using Senuke?

I've been nuking one of my sites daily vairous ways with senuke for higher competition and can't seem to get it moved to the first page of google, is it even possible to rank high for high competitive searches by just using senuke or additional linking required? Please advise.. thank you!
