Has Anyone Found a Way to Still Get Review Stars in Search Results (Without a Product)?

I recently noticed that an SEO company is still getting organic result review stars, for their service --
    not a product.

Google: "overthetopseo.com/syracuse-seo", and look at their listing.

Can anyone determine how they did it? I've looked at the source code, and haven't been able to figure out their method yet.

I have a small charity client who were very much benefiting for having those organic stars -- but now their donations have tanked. It would be fantastic to find a way to help them again.

Thanks in advance for your thoughts.

Since no one is suggesting anything re: my original post, I have another question:

Has anyone tried adding a product to the page you want the organic review stars for?

I ask because, as most here may already know, you can still (possibly) get organic search result review stars for a product / product page, (for the aggregated reviews for the product) using the "Product" schema.
