harvesting emails - newbie needs help

guys I know I need to step up my email campaign to increase leads and sales. I have good products just needs sales.
Now I know you can get emails from craigslist through softwares. How about linkedin and facebook?


What is the best way to send emails so its not junked (softwares, etc)

finally any place to buy quality emails you own?
