do you own multiple websites? sure we all do, don't we.
well, this is a story on how i increased on of my new sites in google rankings just by accident.
see, a while a go i was developing a template for website 'A' which was a brand new site.
but i thought that the template was better suited on website 'B' which was a well established PR3 blog at the time.
interestingly, i used website 'A' s template on website 'B'...which in turn gave my brand new website A a substantial numnber of backlinks in google.
see, i forgot to remove the "copyright website 'A' from the template. my website 'B' had a couple hundred pages....and yet somehow, google counted each page.
i find this interesting. because i hear many gurus say that you can't get backlinks or pr just by linking your new sites to your high ranked websites
but for the most part, it works for me.
