First one it is, as long as the extension is yours or you have permission to resell it.

I saw at codecaydon there , got IG chrome extension those developer selling it just same like you search from chrome extension, so of them their extension also listed inside chrome extension too and yes so call upgrade is buy
For what I go search , test almost all so call IG autofollow, auto like at Chrome store the extension literally most cannot work some work but within few mins or so
you either account got temp ban by IG or can't work anymore , despite you follow their instruction using the Safest settings.

same here, I am using Jarvee, with a very low setting, thats the only thing that seems to work
