I own an Organic Hair Distribution company, and can vouch for this
Dont forget, if you live in a NATO country, your food and water supply is extremely hard on your thyroid. If your hair starts thinning and you are having an increased problem in sleeping, dry skin, etc, then you need to start drinking Flouride-Free pure water and eating non-GMO or organic! Our food and water is poisonous guys!
Green tea tastes good to me.
I'm happy for your gorilla chest hair
Good thread. According to Ayurveda (Indian traditional healing/medicine), hair loss is a side effect of being unhealthy and having low ojas.
Ojas is a life sap, vitality, and youthness. One of the main ways to deplete your ojas is by living a non-pure way of life, or by doing things your not suppose to. Semen primarily builds ojas when it is stored. When you do not waste your semen, it turns into shukra, with then turns into ojas through the blood stream. Alot of people dont believe that masturbating and hair loss have something in common, but if you are wasting all of your semen daily on masturbating, you are slowly losing your vitality day by day and you will suffer from low sperm count and some other side effects such as hair loss, impotency, and some others.
Thats my take on it. The post is also some good tips to get healthier, but if you want to cure hair loss, you have to bring your youth back. Increase your agni(metabolism), create more ojas (sperm), and also do some marma exercises such as rubbing your nails together, because they are reflexes of your hair.
This is BHW dude, we're all 6foot tall, dazzling white teeth and all extremely handsome
Minoxidil 15% + Nizoral= More Hair
Get it cheap at Amazon for Minoxidil with retinol
Nizoral Walmart 11.00
The 2 liters of Green Tea and 2 liters of water adds up to lots of liquids.. are you sure you do this daily and it works?
astroke: lool thanks .
Patel: yep masturbation or "excessive" masturbation is definitely a huge contributor to hairloss.. heck masturbation is not good for you (regardless of what scientists say).. but hey I don't want to go down that road since masturbation is a sensitive and precious practice to many people and I'll get grilled for even uttering the fact that it is bad for you.. never heard of ojas though lol?.. I'll look into that xD.
Unknown-one: my bad lol I forgot about Black seed oil.. that's definitely good for your hair!.
poorguy: yep coconut oil is another great oil for the hair!.
wannabie: YOUR DAMN RIGHT YOU SEXY BEAST!.
makingcashfast22: minoxdil stops working once you stop using it plus it's expensive if you keep buying it regularly.. my technique is a much more efficient effective and pretty much costless way of stopping hairloss for good!.
Platinumpi4u: I don't drink 2 litres everyday (of green tea that is).. even a cup a day with some Saw Palmetto massaging of the scalp and 2 litres of water is more than enough.. so yup.. there is no need to drink that much what so ever.. I just do that because I always do things in excess.
Any questions guys.. don't hesitate to ask.
Yep Minoxidil has to be used forever, But It Also Regrows hair and Stops hair loss.
About 20-25 bucks a month for as long as you want your hair.
This is working for me at the moment. The shampoo and conditioner. It can be use on horse and human. I bought it at the CVS.
Nizoral, Minoxidil, Saw palmetto,
Scalp Lazer treatment at the proper intensity has been reported to stimulate hair growth
(not the crappy lazer combs)
lot of info here http://regrowth.com/
trying not to lose it all, but maybe have to get one of those micro transplants or something
Is that 15% minoxidil safe??
thats TRIPLE the maximum strength sold in stores
the 5% goes for about $5/30 day supply on ebay.
makingfastcash22: As I said bro I don't really think you need to waste your money on something which is not a permanent cure.. but hey whatever floats your boat.
raydaniels: Wow? I've never seen those shampoos/conditioners before.. where's it sold?.. I'd be skeptical about using a product which is used on horses too.. but unless it says it can be used on humans too?.. looks "different" lol.
Noirhat: I know those lazercombs suck lol.. they are extremely over priced.. bollocks.. pretty much don't work and I've heard from reviews they are not built well and break easily. Anyway try a natural approach.. don't stress and try some of my techniques?.. btw what's a micro transplant?.
Hairloss tends to be due to having too much testosterone or thats what most of the research says. Short of cutting off my balls i doubt i can stop it so i'll just let it get on with it, helps that i never let my hair grow beyond a grade 2 anyway so i won't miss it when its gone.
Excessive testosterone does not really cause hairloss to be honest.. it's DHT which causes hairloss and the sensitivity that males have to it.
just research or google it.. but here's some quick basic info on the causes of hairloss, btw DHT= dihydrotestosterone.
By far the most common cause of hair loss in men is androgenetic alopecia, also referred to as ?male pattern? or ?common? baldness. It is caused by the effects of the male hormone dihydrotestosterone (DHT) on genetically susceptible scalp hair follicles. This sensitivity to DHT is present mainly in hair follicles that reside in the front, top, and crown of the scalp (rather than the back and sides) producing a characteristic and easily identifiable pattern described by Norwood (see Norwood Classification).
It is frequently stated that ?hair loss comes from the mother?s side of the family.? The truth is that baldness can be inherited from either parent. However, recent research suggests that the reasons for hair loss and balding may be a bit more complex than originally thought. Factors on the x-chromosome have been shown to influence hair loss, making the inheritance from the maternal side of the family slightly more important than the paternal one (Markus Nothen, 2005).
The identification of an androgen receptor gene (AR) on the x-chromosome helps to explain why the hair loss pattern of a man resembles his maternal grandfather more often than his father. However, this is clearly not the whole story since a direct inheritance of baldness from the father is observed as well. An autosomal (non-sex) linked gene would explain this type of transmission ? but this gene has not yet been found.
