Hey guys whats good! So I am still a noob to the forum but not a noob to hairloss let me cut the crap and explain how I was suffering from hairloss and how I stopped it and regrew hair. (MODS + ADMINS! I AM NOT SELLING ANYTHING IN THIS THREAD SO PLEASE DO NOT ASSUME I BE TROLLING OR BE TRYING TO SELL OR GAIN ANYTHING FROM THIS THREAD. I AM JUST GIVING FREE KNOWLEDGE TO A COMMUNITY AND SITE I REALLY APPRECIATE AND LOVE). Ok so I turned 20 this year and when I was like 17-18 I began to thin from my hairline and my hair began to go really thin and I was sure I was going bald. My dad is bald and went completely bald in his 40's I think.. but when I asked him he said it was because of some messed up water pipes back in the 90's that caused his hair to fall out at the place where he was working in Birmingham. Now.. of course when my hair began to thin I was like.. SHIT NOOOO!!! I DON'T WANT TO LOOK LIKE WAYNE ROONEY!! IS THERE NO GOD!!! Dx.. So naturally then I began googling like mad "how to stop hairloss", "hairloss cure" etc. Of course there were thousands of ebooks, scams and just complete Bullshit on the net showing you how to cure hairloss.. but obviously it was all scams and an easy way for people to capitalize off my problems. Then one day I acted.. I did some basic research and learnt that DHT and a few other chemical processes along with lifestyle can and do contribute to hairloss.. to cut a long story short I made my own routine and it halted my hairloss and my hair is as thick as a gorillas chest now.. here's what I do everyday and how my technique and plan DOES stop hairloss. oO ULTIMATE KHANS HAIRLOSS GUIDE Oo STEP 1: Massage your scalp everyday for atleast 15 minutes ( the increased bloodflow to your head will give your hair follicles more circulation etc.) if you can do it for an hour then that would be even better. STEP 2: Drink atleast 1 litre of green tea a day (I drink 2 litres). Yep green tea tastes like shit but it benefits all parts of your body especially your hair and it stops DHT from damaging your hair follicles. STEP 3: Take "SAW PALMETTO" extract. I take it in it's capsule form.. it is extremely cheap.. I got mine from a local HOLLAND & BARRET (UK supplements store) for like £7.00 for 100 capsules. Saw palmetto inhibits DHT from attacking your hair follicles and is extremely beneficial to the human body (It's primarily used as a prostrate health type of thing).. but it stops DHT which is the SOLE reason men go bald (regardless of genetics). STEP 4: Go easy on the junk food (Yes I be a hypocrite ) and drink atleast 2 litres of water a day. Well I wrote this guide quickly but let me just say.. don't stress screw worrying about genetics and just follow my guide and your hair will be thick and healthy again and it should also regrow in. ALSO!! TRY TO BUY NATURAL SHAMPOOS!! stay away from pantene pro v and all of these commercial shampoos because they contain a chemical called SLS (SODIUM LAURETH SULPHATE) and that can extremely damage your hair follicles (don't believe me.. pop to your bathroom and look on the back of your commercial shampoo.. 95% of the time your shampoo will have this). STay away from SLS and try to get natural shampoos. Anyways I just woke up so I am a bit groggy and tired.. going to grab a quick energy drink and will happily answer any questions problems blah blah. I wrote this guide quick but I hope it helps you guys out. P.S. also use good hair oils from time to time and massage them into your hair like Olive oil, jojoba oil.. natural hair products which can definitely benefit your hair. (apply the oils like an hour or so before you have a shower).
