If you're still able to login into you email you should try changing your password.
Also add an extra layer for authorization like Personal Question or Message to your phone number. This will make sure no one else is able to hack into you mail again.

If the hacker changed your password you must send a mail to your service provider regarding the issue. Sure they'll help you recovering you email.

Also, make sure there are no RAT's or Keyloggers in your computer. Some are undetectable by anti-virus.
Next time be careful before browsing or downloading certain websites and files.

Mostly it's because of your carelessness that you got hacked.

You cannot change the pass without logging into cPanel. So try doing it.

most probably, you have trojan or virus in your computer, i suggest you to change your firstly your email password ( not from your computer, from a smartphone, etc..) and then all other passwords, and it may be good idea format your computer.. if you are using nulled plugin as mail sender, don't use it. (i don't know how you send your mails ) if you are using cracked version of a software, stop it or use it in sandbox. but i think the best thing is to do firstly, to change your main passwords from a clean device.

change your password through any other device and
format your PC and get a good antivirus program installed before opening your email through your current PC

    Cheers
