    Hi everyone,

I've found (majestic found) that a competitor of mine (who ranks for all kinds of very expensive/high vol uses a lot of hacked wp sites for backlinking).
The links pages located somewhere very deep (e.g. .../wp-includes/images/refinement/advancement/...) And you cannot see their content unless you go there from SERP.
But, if you view pages source you will see all the spam.

I have a couple of questions here:
    1. How do they manage not to show content to direct visitors, but show to search engines?
    2. Is there a way to report multiple links like that to google? the GSC spam report does not even have "the site uses hacked sites for links" report type.
The closest one I see is report for buying links, but again I don't want to imply that the donors (victims) sell links, it's not true.
But I want to make sure Google understands the scale and the tactics the competitor used.
How would you go about it?

Snitches get stitches. How about you figure out a way to hack for backlinks and muscle your way into the serps instead of being a little bitch and whining to google to save your ass. He'll keep coming back, most backlink hackers never give up. You either beat them at their game or call it quits.

How about not hacking other people's sites? I am not going to play this game.
Reporting to google is the least anyone can do here. Consequences for such practices can (and I think should) go way beyond that.

Oh sh!t, I thought that was called web 2.0 backlinking or whatever new ABC acronym backlink some nimrod warrior forum guru pulled out of his arse.

But no seriously, reporting them to Google is like taking the weasel way out. Man up and beat him organically and ethically, karma is a b and it'll come back to bite him where the sun doesn't shine eventually. Just my 2 cents.

They will need to look in their data base to find the posts.

I am talking about some large businesses here. It's not about me manning up. It's about our SEO team delivering results for our clients. The client asked - "why this shitty website beats us for these keywords everywhere?". We found out the reason - a bunch of hacked links. What do you think client wants us to do now? Right, report the competitor.

is there a way to report links in bulk? or submitting dozens of separate reports is the only option?

many of the sites are in other languages (except the hacked pages). I don't speak Chinese.
