Basically: A guy hacked my PP and tried to send all the money to his hack, he misused my trust.
Paypal blocked the payment because a third party IP suddenly logging in and sending all the money to another account with the same IP is not natural ;)

But he misused me and now I want my revenge, I am working on tracking him down.

I will get his identy (But I am 10 hours away with plane away froom him so I cant go an kick his but) and IP, I just wonder how to use this to revenge?
I am thinking about hiring a professional hacker to do a IP attack or something, but do you guys have any ideas?

Not sure if you really want to fly 10 damn hours to "dick his but" specially you only have his IP - I think this is the first IP ewhoring in internet history!!

On a serious note, you should concentrate in making more $$ instead of wasting a ton of time trying to get revenge... specially if all you want to do is "dick his but" lol

    Dick his butt ^^
Anyways: My business is running itself, I just order guys around. I just want revenge because this guy is not going to stop scamming people before someone do something about it.

Think I got his identy but I need to do more cross checking. But he is between 18-23 years old (And I am 100% sure of this).

I really don't understand where the real problem is: when transfering money between paypal accounts there must be a source-account (in this case yours) and a target-account (in this case his)....so PayPal OF COURSE MUST KNOW everything concerning that very target-account and therefore ALSO his identity, don't they?

What is PayPal now going to do about this issue?

Did you report to them that your PayPal account's money has been transferred without your consent? If yes, how did they react?

    Please let me know!

I would say just leave it. It's done and doing anything more can make things just go bad. Take is as a lesson learned on trust. Don't trust too many people especially online.

Frankly, this site is one of my favorites lol

    Code:
    http://www.geobytes.com/ipLocator.htm
Its about 99.9% correct. The only time its NOT correct is when it picks up the office/company for the ISP rather than the IP user location. But, for the most part, its easy to track someone down. I had someone stalking me once, and I needed proof that they were doing it from work. This little nifty website located them down to the building they were in and the floor they were on lmao. And I got them fired - anonymously because they weren't allowed to use Internet at work.

    That was fun hahaha.

Draw his picture and stub your cigar's burning end into his *you know where*. That will give you some satisfaction, and may be just burn a second hole into the real person -- you never know. :D

BS. I realy don't wan't to tear your arse out on this one but total BS unless you are a government employee with time track data.
Shit! I hate being taken for an idiot.
Unless everyone in that building had individual internet accounts and you served notice on the ISP you'r talking bollocks!

its possible, but there is a price for it.

You need to go to a police station, ask them to file a subpoena with paypal.
Once you have the address'es that he used. You need to get them to file a subpoena with whatever internet provider was used while using those ip's.(comcast/att/etc..)

once you get the info from the ISP you can either track him down, or if he was smart enough, he used an ip address from an external country. There is almost no way to force a company in china/orwherever to give the info.

    Probably no way of tracking

Okay, I can imagine someone opening a paypal account with fake data BUT...
even if paypal had not put hios account under investigation, how in the worls would it have been possible for him to retrieve any money out of it? is it possible to 'attach' a real bank account to a fake paypal account? or what else ways are there to retrieve money off the paypal domain into the real world??

I wouldnt worry mate, You will get the Funds back if you aint already.. I would Focus on making money while he remains broke trying to scam people....

I dont see a fake account making a bank withdraw and being its Fake I say he didnt have a Paypal Debit Card all he do is send it to someone else which paypal in return will take it from them
