If I'm using my title tag for SEO purposes and say for example it's "DO QUAILS LAY EGGS IN SASKATCHEWAN" Since It's in the form of a question and I prefer to use a ? in SASKATCHEWAN? Does that effect my SEO by chance.

So "DO QUAILS LAY EGGS IN SASKATCHEWAN"

"DO QUAILS LAY EGGS IN SASKATCHEWAN?"

    Any difference ? ?

    Hmm difference.

If it is topic heading only so you can add it without question mark.

Like it is question so why not put question mark on it.

You can alot of articles on big sites to see it!

    Thanks!

Well that's my concern. Google keyword tool does not give the "?" in the exact search term.

I typed "do I look fat"
    and
"Do I look fat?" in google and yielded the same exact matches. So i'm assuming google doesn't care.

Google is the Master search engine as we know.

It's algorithm find the keyword that people like to get:

User serach : like to play game

So Google will bold that text only in search results and show you up and other text will be in normal fonts.

But for rankings need SEO :)

So the "?" does not matters!

    Thanks!

It shouldnt make any difference and if than it is only minimal, what in this case is much more important is the CTR that you get when people read the snippet in the serps, and with question mark seems much more natural than without...
