[H] Instagram Influencer Search

Hope you all are having a great day! So straight to my pain point which can help others as well.
Is there any free software or app etc. which allows you to search for Instagram pages, influencers (for example I need weed pages with 10-20 K followers and engagement of X%). I have come across something similar , but all of them costs a monthly fee. At this moment I'm just searching profiles through hashtags and DMing them, but after a couple of messages, you get a cool down for half an hour or so. Hope everything is clear and sorry about my bad English (3rd language). Thank you all.
