I bought a few weeks ago my first expired domain.

I connected my expired domain with GMT (Google Webmaster Tools) and want to check my backlinks to this site.

This domain was indexed without SSL.

Now after 1 week I checked GMT (pages that link to your site) and I have a strange behaviour I think.

This site was indexed in google like this: www.site.com

I bought for this site SSL and my preffered look is: https://www.site.com

    I linked all different possibilities to GWT (http://site.com, https://site.com, http://www.site.com, https://www.site.com)

    Now the strange behaviour is:

    http://site.com (shows NO links)
    https://site.com (shows links)
    http://www.site.com (shows links)
    https://www.site.com (shows NO links)

Why does it show me here links: https://site.com (shows links) and when using www. only links with my http variant?

Does this something mean because my site is hosted on https://www.site.com.
