Is it a good idea or bad idea to have GWMT on a PBN Site? I'd assume it's a good idea because most real websites have GWMT so it actually looks like a real site?

Google won't see anything it doesn't know in the GWT, so it's safe to use.

However, use separate gmails, separate proxies, separate browsers (Firefox Portable for example).

I only add websites that dont index to GWMT to see if they are penalized. 99% of the time they are.

I dont recommend you add sites to GWMT unless you have to check for a penalty.

Nah, just use separate browser from now on and ideally, just in case, Firefox.

And what asap said. No need adding them there. If you know what you are buying, there's no need to add them there. And buying spammy domains and hoping they are not penalized is an absolutely terrible idea. If that's what you are doing that is.

Then there's really no need to add them to GWT :)

Won't it index faster if I submit sitemap though?

Exactly. Amazing how some folks don't take the time to think of these types of things. Crucial though.

If you do not have enough patience to wait a few days until the domains are indexed, then SEO and IM overall is not for you. I want to see you waiting for 9 months until your site ranks.

And yet it's not exactly rocket science. :)
