I agree with a) and b) however with c I have experienced differently. I have sold over 500 copies of various ebooks on DP. And have only ever had 5 chargebacks.

It all depends on the seller actually in my opinion.

I agree with skuxta - charebacks are a part of business but you only get what you give - give value for money - get it back = low chargeback rate

As for DP and DP clones, BHW clones - whatever -people will always do what they want whether it be a good thing or a bad thing
