Guys why suddenly I got pop out from FB for so call security check ?

Hey, I got this last time, it was going on a few weeks and after that mysteriously gone.

I think I tone down a bit , I suspect yesterday or so , I does post a lot at FB groups
this is why the pop out come out Oh wait , you using shorten url right ? last time ?
Recently I does using it post , suspect this is why got that pop out security message from FB but now even I post my site link " which is not ban from FB " also will have that message

I didn't do anything peculiar as in I didn't post many in groups, probably about 2 or 3 posts in a week.
But I did use a short link like bit.ly and affiliate link in my groups. I'm not sure if the affiliate links that caused this issue. Anyway, it has gone off now.
