Hey guys, I lost my job in the postal service not too long ago so for the past couple of weeks ive been back to work on my youtube channel. Instead, this time around I began posting more personal & quality content hoping that the viewers could relate and create a stronger viewership and audience retention.

It has been working for the most part, Ive been recieving alot more comments, likes, shares and active subscribers across these recent vids. But I still feel like my work is going unnoticed and have been loosing motivation. Can anyone enlighten me with good marking tips for a channel like this? How could I expose my videos to huge mass markets?

It is really hard to say since every niche is different. But here is a generic answer not knowing the niche: Promote your video's through social media. Instead of focusing on the Channel itself, use the channel only as a tool for promoting it through social nnetworks and focus on getting followers on FB, G+, Twitter etc. You can also start groups in the social networks. This will allow you more user interaction.

Great answer and thank you for taking the time to give me some advice. It seems like that would be the best method. Now the question is, how would you promote a facebook like page (or twitter), that is promoting youtube videos?

I personally dont do any marketing on youtube but my best suggestions for u r to make sure that ur tagging ur videos with proper keywords, come up with somewhat of a brand (which it seems like u have by seeing ur broke ninja sht video series) but make sure ur mentioning ur name and ur brand in every video. Hold contests of some sort to interact with ur users, I noticed that u do shoutouts which is helpful. Also the MOST IMPORTANT THING, after uve tagged ur videos with the right keywords... I would recommend getting backlinks made for the video that ur trying to rank or want seen. Someone on here posted not too long ago that he ranked on page 1 of google and like 5th down on weight loss on youtube with a new video. He got 7000 backlinks to the video and then fed it 100-200 backlinks a day and it eventually outranked the majority of the competitions videos.

Golden advice! I try to tag as many keywords relevant to the videos. And I will look what backlinks are, seems interesting!.
