Most of their server are unmetered. I test it with speedtest and I'm getting about 50mbps upload and download.

I don't think Bandwidth is going to be your biggest concern. Most VPS providers will shut you down for taking up too much other resources other then just bandwidth. Video site hosting + Cheap is not realistic. How much are you looking to spend each month?

To be safe, you should contact their support first, and ask if its ok if you host a video site with them. They will probably want lots of details from you to be sure its ok for them to host. You don't want to spend $100+ and then get shut down after 1 week.

why actually host the videos? just use the vps to mass upload it with scripts to a dozen different file hosting or streaming sites and link them.
