Guru.com Question

    This question is for the people that have previously used guru.com to withdraw their earned money.

    Two days ago I withdrew several thousand of dollars from my guru account via direct deposit. I am using a pre-paid debit card to withdraw the money into. Well yesterday the company of the debit card contacts me and says that the money was received but it came to a different name than the one listed on my debit card account, and they were right. On my guru account I missed a letter in my name.

    Well the debit card company has now reversed the deposit they said, and said that I should contact the sender and notify them that they are receiving the money back.

    My question is, has this happened to anyone else before? Has guru.com credited the amount back into your account if the deposit was rejected.

    Would love answers. Thanks.

    Try contacting guru.com support and tell them your problem.Shud be solved.

    I emailed them at two addresses and have yet to receive a response.
