Every time I get hosting or any service in general from a provider that uses the WHMCS payment gateway system, it always shows up as being unpaid until I open a support ticket with the company and send them the receipt number. Is there a way to pay for it and not have to go though all the trouble of opening a support ticket everytime?

That must be an issue with your hosting provider. I've never come across such issues.

It happened to me when I bought from velocity central 2 times, once for initial purchase and second for the rebill. And it also happened when I bought from purevpn.

I'm not sure then, I've purchased hosting from various providers using WHMCS and have never had such issues.

What payment method do you use?

Maybe that's the reason. I always use PayPal.

I'ved used at least a dozen different hosts using that software with no problem. Though, I always use PayPal or Credit Card so maybe alert pay doesn't have a Post back API or something, idk.

It means they haven't set the Payza's API properly actually. It is very more likely from the hosting company.
