Finding a service on Black Hat World is a matter of narrowing down your search. You'll want to start by finding the section that best fits what you're looking for. For your convenience, we've provided a list of every marketplace section below.
Step 2. Research The Seller
Always research a seller before buying from them.
Once you find a few sellers who provide what you're looking for, visit their sales thread and read through the reviews. Look for reviews that cover both the good and the bad of the seller to get a general idea of what to expect from dealing with the seller. Additionally, pay attention to the way the seller responds to their feedback. We have a checklist that goes over researching sellers here.
Step 3. Contact The Seller
Read through the seller's sales thread and see their preferred contact methods (usually located at the bottom of the sales thread). Be wary of searching for a seller's Skype ID instead of clicking the link they provide as the seller may have imposters who only wish to scam prospective buyers. We recommend contacting the seller using our direct message feature whenever possible to ensure that you're always dealing with the real seller.
Step 4. Complete The Purchase
Once you're ready to buy a product or service, the seller will let you know how to send a payment to them.
We recommend using a form of payment such as PayPal or a credit card which provides some form of buyer protection. Other payment options such as Bitcoin, PayPal's 'Friends and Family' feature, Zelle, and Venmo carry no protection in the event of a dispute, so use these payment methods with caution.
Black Hat World is not involved in the transaction, so you're sending money at your own risk. However, be aware that in the event of a dispute, Black Hat World does have a dispute section that aims to help you get your money back in the event of a scam.
Step 5. Receive Your Product Or Service
The seller should provide your product or service within their advertised turnaround time. If there are any delays, they should reach out to you and inform you of this.
Step 6. Leave A Review
Whilst entirely optional, sharing your experience with the Black Hat World community by leaving a review in the seller's thread will help other prospective buyers make a decision on who to buy from.
