or
Adding your link to old post (article) that have a good metrics and Niche Relevant Post

You can use guest posts that are already indexed google and have keyword ranking.

Using relevant posts is also good for your site.
Because it minimizes the bounce rate.

To avoid google penalties.
Url I usually disguise using bitly.

and about anchor text the best are brand and naked url for guest post right ?
for example

site : testdemo.com

brand : testdemo , visit testdemo , check testdemo, test demo
naked : testdemo.com , http://www.testdemo.com , http://testdemo.com

Creating unique article with your link is the best and risk free way, in my opinion.

Regarding anchor text, both brand and naked URL are best. But most of the real sites won't allow naked URL within the article.

Getting links from the existing article or new article both are the same effects, but most of the article has some restrictions to get a link from existing article. Below are the reasons:
1. Your site would be niche relevant to the article
2. You have to use the generic kw and brand kw then only you can get more authority.
3. And you can get some high bounce rate in case if the link has some irrelevant external links

IMO, the best option is getting the link from a new article to your site.
If you want more authority you can add some external links with high authority.
