Recently I found a few blogs willing to accept my guest blog post. They are are PR3-5. But the guest blog posts links will all be on a N/A or PR0. So I was wondering are these links worth my time?

After you guest post on a site, the site will create a new page for your post. Since the page containing your guest post will be brand new, it will not have any PR. The PR metric is updated about every 3 months from Google.

If the site you're interested in does interlinking to your post that would help as well. I also guest post a lot and know many sites that quickly get PR to the page. Feel free to PM me for details.

It should be good for the long term. I'm more interested in sites that get views more so than their page rank.

Hi SolidTactics, I'm interested in finding more sites to guest post on. I have a list of a couple as well. I'd really be interested in finding sites that actually gets a lot of views more so than their page rank.

Reaallly? So, it won't be like pr8 straight after you post the article? What have you been doing for the last 4 years, since you joined the forum?
