Thinking about picking up a copy of GSA SER. I understand that it will take a little time to fully understand how it works, best settings etc..
Fairly new to CPA but this program seems to get recommended quite a lot. From what I have read ill be needing a VPS & a few proxies.

    Worth buying or not?

definitely. Right now I just bought a vps, not sure if I am happy with them.

Proxies and vps is optional but it is worth it.

It depends what you want to do with it.

I personally have no luck for direct spam anymore, i am now using them for lower tiers only.

You can use a 35 bucks VPS + 10 private proxies (20 bucks) + public proxies for scraping, it is still a lot cheaper than outsourcing. It depends on which platforms you work on, you might need deathbycaptcha - avantage for recaptcha, so the cost might be higher.

If you are not that hard core into scraping, you can use GSA SER to find proxies and scrape on their own, it is a lot slower than using 3rd party scraper though but it can get the job done.

If your campaigns are highly filtered , you should process your scraped list before importing into GSA SEr instead, otherwise it will just slow your whole campaign down.

So in short, there is no one size fits all budget, but be reminded that with 50-60 bucks per month, you can build up a decent PBN empire in 6-7 months :)

    Just my 2 cent though.
