GSA SER Help

When I use this program what URL should I do links to?

Currently I'm just doing it to my main page - should I branch out to other stuff?
I am currently doing Tier 1 and Tier 2 and trying for 100 links a day. Do you guys think that is a safe bet for a newer website?
Also, the content on the site is the same as one of my other sites. I have removed the sitemap on the other one from google webmasters, should I still change the content on my new site?

Any other tips for me using GSA? Thanks in advance

it's best to use gsa for tier 2 and 3.

What would you suggest for Tier 1?
