I have few web2.0s which i want to build tier 2 links on. I have been wondering if i should send GSA contextual links or web2.0s. Which one do you think still work well in 2016 as tier 2

I always use a buffer site between my money and things like GSA. GSA is good for lower tiers. 3 and 4. T1 could be high tf web 2's. Then use things like
RankerX to build to that and then use GSA on those links.

IMHO, GSA SER + PR Emulator s best for tier 2 or 3...
index them with scrapebox auto poster.
play arround with your personal optimum anchor text.
if needed, add some 301 shortener before, as layer/filter.
PS: blast if your T1 have low TF. dont do it if your T1 is already have a good TF.

The web 2.0 should be your best bet to ensuring a better and stable ranking.
    Then blast with GSA contextual.

I will go with this. Maybe get a copy of AFM, to help in web2.0 posting.
