Most of my competitor range from a DA of 10 to 40. Do you think that if i blast them all with poor quality links they eventually will get either de-ranked or i have opportunity to rank against them?
As a study of Top 10 Search Results for my keywords, most of my competitors have backlinks just from "Directory", "WhoIS" or either *.google.com or similar Web 2.0.

Any ideas? Have anyone tried?

Most likely not. Neg SEO isn't that easy anymore.

Poor quality links on their own won't make any difference. Search engines are smart enough to ignore these.

Google is nice and provides you with a couple of ideas on what works well: https://developers.google.com/search/docs/essentials/spam-policies

Pay attention to the section Scraped content. Now imagine someone would scrape the content of your competitors (from archive.org to not leave any footprints on their web servers) and combine it with articles + forum profiles build with GSA SER. Ignore all platforms without content, use %article% in the description and about me fields.

You can watch the impact on the SERPs and overall keywords almost realtime in Semrush / ahrefs ...
