Growing your IG accounts with automatic programs

Hello. I'm a newbie in Instagram business and I have many questions to ask.
Instagram Followers gained by automatic programs are same worth as you gain them by doing it manually? Like you buy a massplaner or other bot programs , it gains followers for you automatically and lets say you reach 100k followers and you can monetize your IG account?
Then you don't need even to do follow/unfollow, like,comment and etc shit many hours per day?

I would highly recommend using a bot, doing it manually is extremely time consuming while a bot does all the work. The followers you gain are completely real.

But then why do people write about doing follow/unfollow , likes , comments manually? Yes , it seems bot can do all this and even on many accounts so you don't need to put your time, but I think the results are also completely different , the quality of followers are completely different and of course monetizing 100k followers IG account gained by bots its much less profit than 100k followers IG account gained without bots?
