Hello @miloice thank you, don't copy other pin images and text. You will get an issue if the owner of the pin know that you steal their pin. So, just modify the pin with your own twits. If you steal others pin, the pin's owner will report you and your pin will be deleted by Pinterest.

Thanks for the tips, mate.
Just got into Pinterest 2 weeks ago and trying to figure out how to make the most of it. I've already completed steps 1-3 last week and I've been doing step 5 continuously since I started.
However, may I know what is a recommended number of pins that I should submit each day? I've only been posting 3 pins per day since day 1 cause I only have 3 boars that I'm targeting (for now), so I wanted to keep my account safe by only posting 1 pin per day per board, but if it's safer to go higher than that let me know and I'll see what can be done about it (creating pins takes a lot of time, damn it)
Also, what is that smart feed you are talking about? I don't think I've seen it yet...
And last but not least, how do I join boards? I can't find a "join" button anywhere. Are you actually meaning "follow" boards but you expressed yourself incorrectly, or is the "join" button hidden or I simply can't see it? I don't know....
Oh, and one more thing if I may: I have heard others say that posting in popular boards is a good way to get your pins seen, which seems like a good idea, but... how do I post to those boards? I think I have to first join them, no? Which means it comes down to that join button again...
Please let me know!

Let me answer your questions one by one:
1. There is no exact recommended number of pins from Pinterest officially as long as you can keep pinning consistently, this is what Pinterest wants. The number of pins you can pin will depend on your content if you have a lot of content, then you can pin like 5-20 pin per day. It varies for each person.
2. Currently, there is a new pinning limit from Pinterest. Here the case study, you can create 3 different pin image versions for 1 page URL, and save it to 3 relevant boards with an interval of 2 days. Do the same thing with other page URL with the same rule of thumb. Pinterest requires us the fresh image and new fresh URL content Yes, it's become more challenging if we just started to create our blog since Pinterest demands us more new URL content not only fresh image with the same URL like in the past.
3. Smart feed is the home feed of Pinterest when you open Pinterest apps from mobile and your laptop (desktop). It's the same as Facebook Feeds and IG Feeds, on Pinterest it's called a smart feed
4. If you want to join Group boards, you need to check the group board owners' Pinterest profile and go to their website and find their contact form or their email address, then email them that you want to be a contributor on their group board. Don't send them a message on Pinterest. You will get banned if you message so many Group board owner. Also, ensure before applying to a group board, you have claimed your website on Pinterest. Ensure to have at least 7 boards and have at least 25 pins on each board to show that your Pinterest account is ready to become a contributor on their group board.
5. Please kindly be informed that on the middle of 2018 Pinterest have been reducing the distribution of the pin save to the group board. I recommend you if you just started, you can focus on a group board with only 10% of your effort. If you want to join the group board, find a small group board with only small contributors. Don't join the big group board with a lot of contributors, they just spam and will hurt your pin engagement score.

First of all, thanks for taking the time to reply with such idiot-proof explanations. These are the type of explanations that make me understand stuff
Secondly, thanks once again for the insights. I had no idea about these rules and the several videos that I've watched on pinterest marketing on youtube didn't help that much. So, your answers are greatly appreciated
I'm gonna implement these measures starting today and see where this leads me. I think I may have actually broken a few Pinterest rules because I've already had my account shadow banned and deactivated within a few days-span since I joined Pinterest 2 weeks ago. Luckily, they have reactivated it within an hour after contacting them telling me that their system had wrongfully deactivated it, but I'm not sure that it was unintentional. I think that they did this to check who's a person, and who's a bot (sneaky bastards).
What really bothered me the most, however is that during the weekend (well, thursday to saturday) when all pinterest marketing gurus recommed to make sure that your pins are seen the most my pins have not been shown at all. During these EXACT most rewarding days my pins have been hidden somehow and I got ZERO traffic... 2 weeks in a row, which I feel it's another dirty trick from pinterest to only reward their best contributors and/or paid members. I might be wrong, but I usually trust my instincts, so I'll go with my instinct this time.
