Groups exchange (trading) problem

Hello! I currently need many RT groups for my accounts. I have done this before many times, but I did a little pause and can't understand why is it so hard right now to trade. The "add" button doesn't work in 95% cases. I know about limits and that we suppose to follow each other before with the dude. I do this on new accounts and don't trading frequently on them. After registration I exchanged like 40 groups on one, new account, that's it, and after a few days I still can't add anyone, or maybe like 1-2 groups. Maybe someone faced this before?
