Question. Most of you in this section are offering SEO and/or web development service to your clients. Is anyone also offering managing coupon deals like the places I mentioned in the subject? I see them as just another service we can manage for clients. If so, how much do you charge for something like that?

There is a website that lets you offer this service and very easy to use. It's called Chomp ( I think, or something like that). It's free to use.

Then there is edealtree.com. Best one so far and its free.

Then there is Zuupy, but it's $50/month. =/

You can charge whatever you want. You basically want to charge to the point the business owner breaks even.
The problem is not implementing this or selling this service. Your biggest setback will be moving traffic to the site. It can be done if you spend time advertising your local daily deal site (which there is a demand for this, BC THERE ISN'T ANY THAT HELPS SMALL, RURAL areas). You can make money on this, but you have to drive traffic to that site.

I would do it by passing out flyers and putting small yard signs around "Get 50% OFF restaurants in "Small Town", smalltowndeals.com or something like that.
