    Not that I know of, unless it's in JRVIP. Usually when something comes along that is great, and if its not already available here on BHW, someone will suggest a group buy. Then, one of those in the thread will be the main person (need to trust them), they'll do the buy, you pay your part, they distribute. But no, no secret section.
