Is there any marketplace for blackhat websites?

I've seen multiple projects on Flippa that are barely legal. Is there a safe place to sell and purchase this kind of websites? Cheers

I mean a website that is barely legal or illegal. Obviously not something about drugs, guns or anything like that.

It would absolutely depend on what kind of site it is. I mean if you've already seen flippa selling them on there then I suppose you can. If you're not able to then you need to start looking at fb groups or gumtree etc. If it makes a good turn over then you can even advertise it on business listing website and when someone contacts you tell them about how blackhat is if they go for it cool
