Got a mid to high price product? Want to keep your costumers coming back?

Here is a very friendly way - send them personalized greeting cards! (REAL mailed cards, not ecards, also include a personal message from yourself, dont make it an ad)

Im doing it for my electronic cigarette website and will do it with other retail sites Im working on. It costs $3.50 to send 1 card on cardsremembered.com and as low as $2.50 if your sending a bunch.

Its worth it, the customer will think your the best, what other company send them cards? If your making $30-40-100 or more per sale, it wont make a big dent in your profits and the investment is likely to pay off. Another perk is they may talk about with there friends "lol, I got a halloween card from bla bla bla"

I dont know if you are in US are not, but Bank Of America sends out hand written cards all the time. Its a good way to gain customer loyalty.

    Excellent idea, back to basics.

    BUT

For that kind of money have your sister or your girlfriend or somebody hand address the suckers and DEFINITELY put a stamp on them, something eye-catching.

Most everybody I know these days is avoiding a bill collector or two so make sure it looks personal.

It is almost impossible for a human being to throw away an envelope that another human being has written his name on.
