Man i must be writting too many landing pages casue this really sounds like a sales plug but I am in no way affiliated with this program. just thought i would share. http://seopen.com/

I have not used the other BUT I WILL SWEAR BY

    SEO QUAKE

it is an absolutely incredible aid EVERY DAY - but as is the case with most of these tools, if you overuse without switching proxies, google will start seeing too many requests (as requests are generated with every page view) and start asking for captcha when you do google searches - seeing your ip as possible spammer.

However, I run it 24/7 and it has only happened to me MAYBE 3 times in the last few months and each time was when I was doing SERIOUS SERIOUS SUPER FAST RESEARCH grabbing high page rank pages like crazy without switching ips.

Its the third best invention right under wemen and penaut butter and jelly.

I use RankQuest for Firefox. It gives me PR, keyword density, metatag analyzer and generator, link popularity, link checker, Alexa ranking and more. It's a very cool toolbar addon!!

SEOBook toolbar & SEOQuake - awesome!

Along with "Quirk Search Status" & Foxy SEO.

Best ones out there and i've tested them all!
